Year 11 Language students

LET’S SPEAK!

This term, students in Year 8 French and Japanese began their first term of learning a new language. It has been great to see the students develop their confidence and open attitude towards new languages, culture and people. As part of the term’s learning, students submitted some role plays that use simple Japanese and French. Well done to all the Year 8 students that have been exploring the new world of Languages!

LET’S IMMERSE OURSELVES!

Year 11 students began their Japanese course with an excursion to the Tanken centre. The students were immersed in a full day of speaking Japanese and were able to gain confidence and more fluency in the language. We look forward to watching these linguists develop throughout the course.
