Upon returning, we took some time out from academics to ensure we recapped on how to practice some self-care through topics in Senior Citizens Wellbeing Bingo (Charlee won BINGO! Donning prize of a grey wig/vizor/ glasses combo!) and a hectic Scavenger Hunt- including challenges such as singing the school song with your heartiest spirit, reflecting on gratitude and even a push-up challenge (tremendous win for Team 9 Japanese7!)
Finally, Year 9 also lead the charge partaking in whole schools events including Men’s day, International Day of People with Disability and Christmas Mufti Day this term, showing great school spirit. Amber and Riley were frightfully festive, but Quentin’s Santa outfit was truly worthy of best dressed.
Special outstanding mention for this semester goes to our Port Hacking High School students who achieved the rank of ‘Succeeding’ within our school merit system. We are so proud of the wonderful values you have demonstrated over the semester.
